Foundation: Arkansas Community Foundation, Cleburne County Community Foundation
Heber Springs Mayor Kasey Griffin and Quorum Court Judge Eric Crosby signed a proclamation.
National Philanthropy Day was originally conceived and organized by Douglas Freeman in the 1980s.
The first official events were held in 1986 after the president signed the official NPD proclamation.
Cleburne County Community Foundation provides resources, insight and inspiration to build stronger Arkansas communities.
